GUARANTEE

American Suit Store guarantees its merchandise and your satisfaction. We understand that you have many choices when buying tailored clothing and we appreciate the opportunity we have been given. Our goal is to have every customer satisfied with his/her purchase from American Suit Store.


SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If unable to ship in 7 days you will be notified via email.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

American Suit Store will gladly make exchanges or refunds of unworn and unaltered garments within 14 days of the invoice date. All Returns and Exchanges shipping charges are free. We will email you a link to your UPS Ground PrePaid Shipping Label once we receive the Return Authorization request.

Please allow 14 days from the date we receive the item to process your return.

Please include the completed Return Authorization Form in the same box the garment was received. The garments must have the original tags either on the merchandise or included in package. No Exceptions.

No credit will be given on worn, mistreated or altered merchandise. Once we receive the garment credit will be issued.

We do accept exchanges of your garment for a different item. Please call or email what item you would like for the exchange and if in-stock we will accommodate.

Free Shipping on the new garment of course.
